About the Circle:Situated on the northern part of Balarampur Block, Balarampur North Circle, comprising of three Gram Panchayats ie. Bara Urma, Ghatbera- Kerowa and Tentlow, covers 61 primary schools under its jurisdiction.

Balarampur North Circle came into existence in the year 1974-75 and since then this Circle have been conducting its noble work to offer education and other co-curricular activities to each and every children with great success.

From the foothills of Ghatbera-Kerowa, through the forest of Shal-Palash to the rustic Bara Urma and Tentlow, Balarampur North Circle tries to put its continuous and relentless effort to leave a mark in the education system in purulia district.
